At CálmaTe Mind & Body (CTMB), we blend massage and bodywork techniques to restore balance, support self-healing, and leave you feeling renewed in both body and spirit. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, looking to reduce stress, or simply need a moment to recharge, we’ll create a customized experience just for you.
CTMB is a private, single-studio practice. There is no receptionist or front desk. All scheduling, inquiries, and communications are handled directly by our practitioners. Every effort is made to respond promptly but replies may be delayed when sessions are in progress.

BOOKING INFORMATION
New Clients
To ensure the best possible experience, new clients must call or text to schedule their first appointment. Online booking is available for established clients.
Intake Forms
Your health history and goals matter. For that reason, completion of the intake form is required and not optional. Forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your first session so we can properly prepare for your visit. If the intake form is not completed in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Booking for Someone Else
If you are booking on behalf of another person, you must provide their full name, email address, and phone number at the time of booking. Surprise bookings made under another person’s name are not accepted. Each client is required to complete their own health intake and consent forms prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if the person who arrives does not match the name on the booking.
If you do not have the recipient’s contact information or are unsure of their availability, purchasing a gift card may be the better option. The recipient can book on their own time, note they have a gift card, and use it at check out. Possession and presentation of the QR code at the time of service serves as verification of the gift.

PET ALLERGY NOTICE
Please be aware that a dog and cat are on the premises. They are not in the room during the sessions. The studio is cleaned and maintained multiple times daily; however, a completely dander-free environment cannot be guaranteed. If you have pet allergies, please take this into consideration when booking.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
A card on file is required to reserve an appointment but will not be charged at the time of booking. Clients will be charged a 50% service fee for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please review the Policies page on the website for more details.

ZERO TOLERANCE
CálmaTe Mind & Body is a professional therapeutic practice with a strict zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior of any kind. Sexual comments, advances, requests, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session. The full session fee will be charged, and the client will be refused all future services. This policy exists to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for both client and practitioner.
